Dr. Rachel Zoffness is a pain & health psychologist, medical consultant, author, speaker, and expert on nonpharmacological approaches to pain management. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the UCSF School of Medicine, where she teaches pain education for medical residents, and serves as pain education faculty at Dartmouth.
She is the Co-President of the American Association of Pain Psychology, serves on the board of the Society of Pediatric Pain Medicine, and is a 2021 Mayday Fellow. She is the author of The Pain Management Workbook, an integrative, evidence-based treatment protocol for adults, and The Chronic Pain & Illness Workbook for Teens, the first pain workbook for youth.
