Lynda Klau, PhD
Lynda Klau, Ph.D. is the founder and director of LIFE UNLIMITED: THE CENTER FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT. With over two decades of training and experience, she works as an integrative psychotherapist, coach, speaker, and consultant/holistic business strategist. Her unique approach draws from a formidable toolbox of cutting-edge modalities: communication and relationship skills, well-being, self-care, mindfulness meditation, mindful breathing and the present moment, neuroscience tools and more.
In addition to her therapy and coaching practice, she is a professional speaker and a published author. She conducts online and in-person courses, nationally and internationally, and appears on radio and television. In addition to being a speaker herself, she works with executives, professionals—anyone—to support them in moving through their fear of public speaking, and/or to develop mastery in having their public voice and developing communication intelligence.
Lynda is a licensed psychologist and earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from the City University of New York. Her background is eclectic, with years of training in public speaking, mindfulness tools and coaching. She was formerly a tenured Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology at Ramapo College in New Jersey. Currently she serves on the board of The Global Association for Interpersonal Neurobiology (GAINS), and is on the Advisory Board for The Krame Center for Contemplative Studies and Mindful Living.
An expert in the development of human possibility, Lynda addresses a full spectrum of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, couples counseling, moving from low self-confidence to authenticity and courage, leadership, female empowerment, self-care, living your passion, being an inspiring communicator, and giving birth to a new world that works for everyone. Her practice is based in New York City, where she lives. For more information, visit Lynda’s website: www.drlyndaklau.com.
